Sterling Silver 925 14k Yellow Gold Blue Topaz Diamond Ring Sz 5.25

This piece is Marked 925, 14k with a D in a square. The style and quality of this ring strongly resembles David Yurman pieces however the marking does not match in my opinion. Still gorgeous!

Topaz measures approx 10mm. There are 12 small diamond accents, 6 on each side.
