Vintage Mens Waltham Manual Wind Wristwatch Watch

Not running really, starts, stops, sometimes a shake gets it going again. I cannot get the back off. If I get it off I will add pics. Needs cleaned, has cosmetic wear including a cracked and scratched dial. See pics for details.
