Vintage Westclox LaSalle 10k Rolled Gold Wristwatch AS IS Not Working

Crack in Crystal. Winds but doesn't run. Stem feels tight, like it's not winding fully, kind of wonky. 10k Rolled Gold Top Caps on Band. I cannot get the back off on watch. Case does not like rolled Gold. See pics for details.
